AERIONN designs and manufactures the Aerionn Forma — a titanium carry-on — and operates aerionn.com and the private backer dashboard at aerionn.com/backers. In these terms, "we," "us," and "our" refer to AERIONN; "you" and "your" refer to the individual accessing the site or dashboard.

You may read, share, and enjoy the public pages of aerionn.com. You may access the private backer dashboard with the email matching your pledge.
What you may not do.
- Probe, scrape, scan, or reverse-engineer the site or any access mechanism.
- Attempt to gain access to a dashboard that is not yours, or impersonate another backer.
- Interfere with or disrupt the site's operation, or introduce any malicious code.
- Use the site in any manner that violates applicable law.
- Copy, modify, or redistribute AERIONN's creative work for commercial use without written permission.
Your pledge, plainly.
Your pledge is an agreement between you and Kickstarter, Inc., and is governed by Kickstarter's Terms of Use. We honour the delivery of the reward tier you pledged, subject to the campaign description, these terms, and applicable consumer-protection law.
You acknowledge that a crowdfunded project carries ordinary risks: delays due to materials or logistics, minor specification changes, and the possibility of production variance within reasonable tolerances. These risks are part of the pledge relationship and do not constitute a breach of these terms.
Shipping and the survey.
Shipping addresses, reward options, and optional add-ons are collected by PledgeBox on our behalf. Accurate and timely information is your responsibility — incorrect addresses, unresponsive surveys, or undeliverable parcels may incur re-shipping costs, which we reserve the right to pass through.
Stated delivery timelines are good-faith estimates, not binding guarantees, subject to paragraph N°03.
Customs duties, import taxes, and VAT applicable at destination are your responsibility where they are not collected at checkout.
The work is ours.
The AERIONN name, the A-mark, the lockup, the typography system, the photography, the film, the manifesto, and all creative work shown on aerionn.com and in the backer dashboard are the property of AERIONN. Trademarks are protected under applicable law.
You may not reproduce, adapt, or distribute this material for commercial use without prior written permission. Personal, non-commercial reference and fair uses permitted by applicable law remain unaffected.
The correspondence channel.
The private correspondence channel on the dashboard is provided to you in good faith — a direct line to the atelier. Messages that are abusive, threatening, unlawful, defamatory, or that facilitate fraud may be removed. In serious cases we may terminate dashboard access without refund of any pledge premium.
We may retain a copy of any message you send for legal, security, and audit purposes, subject to the retention periods in our privacy notice.
As-is.
The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranty, express or implied, that the site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected. Consumer protections that cannot be disclaimed under applicable law are preserved in full.
The ceiling, and the floor.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability arising from or related to the site, the dashboard, or the pledge relationship is limited to the amount you pledged through Kickstarter for the applicable Forma. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for gross negligence, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other matter that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.
EU / UK consumers.
If you are a consumer resident in the EU, EEA, or the United Kingdom, you retain all rights granted by the consumer-protection law of your country of residence. These include, where applicable, rights of withdrawal, legal conformity guarantees, and remedies under the Consumer Rights Directive and national implementations.
For cross-border disputes, you may use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/odr.
U.S. consumers.
If you are a consumer resident in the United States, these terms do not waive any non-waivable rights under the consumer-protection law of your state of residence.
Applicable law.
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to AERIONN's place of establishment, notified on request. Consumers retain all mandatory consumer-protection rights provided by the law of their country of residence, which cannot be waived by these terms, and may bring proceedings before the competent courts of that country where applicable law so provides.
If one clause falls.
If any provision of these terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. The invalid provision shall be interpreted, to the extent permitted, in a way that most closely reflects its original intent.
When these terms move.
We may update these terms to reflect changes in law, our operations, or the atelier experience. Material changes will be posted prominently. The last reviewed date above will be updated. Your continued use of the site after the posted date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms, subject to your non-waivable rights under applicable law.
