Use this page only if the email on your Kickstarter pledge no longer forwards — Apple Private Relay addresses, abandoned inboxes, typos. Prove the pledge is yours with three details and bind a new address going forward.

  1. Kickstarter backer number. Visible on your Kickstarter account under Profile → Backed Projects. Just the number, no N°.
  2. Exact pledge amount in US dollars, as it appears on your Kickstarter pledge. Integers or decimals — e.g. 975 or 975.00.
  3. Name on the pledge. Exactly as shown on your Kickstarter account.
